Judo is often seen as a family affair since it is the whole family that participates in the athlete’s successes. 

A community is created beyond the tatami! It is by participating in fundraising to allow the club to offer more to its judokas that certain bonds are created for life. What’s better than building something together as a community! 

Carpooling and multiple competitive trips form friendships and memories that never fade. Beyond the blood family, a second family is created, the number of hours spent together increases almost as much as the athlete over the years. 

The life of a club is also nourished by all the young and old judokas who give back to the next generation with their presence in activities promoting judo and sharing knowledge such as introductory judo activities, parties or special training, we know how to have fun!

The energy of a club is not only experienced on the mat but at all these gatherings during the year. 

A good example is International Judo Day on October 28 when the whole planet celebrates judo!
