A club’s life could not be what it is without the involvement of volunteers. They are everywhere! In registrations, in activities outside of class, in boards of directors and many teachers (senseis) do not look at the number of hours they give to their students!

They are a big part of the success that judo is experiencing. 

Do you know what a volunteer is? It is a person who does a task without being paid. They do this task to accomplish work that would usually be paid for. You’ve probably already heard someone say: “I give my time”, that’s what being a volunteer is, the work is not done in exchange for money but for free. 

Please note: Free does not mean poor quality! Or having nothing to do outside of volunteering! 

Don’t fall into this trap!

Volunteers give their time because they know that their help and expertise are important for the entire structure of judo and sport!
